  • Protein: a pregnent woman should must eat protein rich foods. Protein is very important for keeping the body healthy and for the development of muscles. A pregnant woman should never ignore protein-rich food even by mistake, for this she must consume milk, curd, soybean, pulses, nut's, seeds, eggs, cheese, yogurt, chicken etc.
  • Fiber: Fruits (apple, pear, avocado), carrot, broccoli, sweet potato, cauliflower, sprouts, whole grains, chickpeas, lentils to avoid the risk of constipation and sertain diseases.

Include: Homemade laddoo with ghee and dry fruits (moderately).
